Production Introduction
Copper clad steel grounding Products are manufactured from high tensile low carbon steel by molecularly bonding 99.9% pure electrolytic copper, which ensuring a long lasting, molecular bond between the copper layer and the steel core. The copper coating will not slip or tear when driven, nor will it crack if the rod is bent. The tough, carbon steel core has good characteristics for deep driving. The products are in accordance with international stands such as UL-467, CE, BS7430 and etc. These products are capable of being bent 90 degrees at a maximum radius of 100mm with no copper fracture and with no effect on the bond between the steel core and the copper layer.

2, the tensile strength ≥600N/mm2
3, the flatness tolerance is≤ 1mm/m
